Licensing problem @ star cCM+

Hi all,

This week I've started to work with Star CCM+. I'm new with this software and I have a problem which I don't know how to solve. My colleagues installed it on my computer and did the licensing. Everything was working fine, I was able to do the tutorials, save, etc. but after closing the program this is what I got when I'm trying to create a new simulation / load the one I was working on:

Also, I have another, extra information in the popup dialog: Server process ended unexpectedly (return code 8).

AFAIK the server is not running on this computer, but I have the whole program installed on this laptop. After checking in services.msc, the server is running.

Since my colleague will not be here today, can someone tell me what must I do in order to make it run?
